1. Access & Age

Buy/Learn: 13+. If you are <18, ask a parent/guardian to help with purchases.

Sell/Publish (Creator): 18+, KYC mandatory (identity verification and payment method).

We may refuse/suspend an account if rules are violated.

2. Account Creation & Security

• Authentication is via Supabase Auth. Do not share your password or account.
• Provide true information; update it when necessary.
• Suspect abuse/intrusion? Email admin@klasyo.com immediately.

3. Publishing a Course (Creator)

You must publish original content or content you have the right to use.

License: You remain the owner of your work. You grant Klasyo a non-exclusive, worldwide, free license to store, transcode, broadcast, promote the course (snippets, thumbnails) while it is on Klasyo.

Moderation: We may review before/after publication; we may ask for changes or remove if rules are violated.

4. Prohibited Content

• Illegal/against Haitian law; hate/violence; defamation;
• Pornography/sexual explicit content;
• Unauthorized copying;
• Unrealistic promises (e.g. "become a millionaire in 3 days").

Reporting: Anyone can report to admin@klasyo.com or use the Report button. We aim to reply within 72h; creators have the right to explain.

5. Payments & Access

• MonCash is our payment method. During beta, we may ask for Transaction ID to validate.
• Access to the course is granted after payment confirmation.
• "Lifetime Access" = while the course remains on Klasyo. If there are legal/contractual reasons to remove it or if the service stops, access may end.

6. Commission, Withdrawals & Taxes

• Klasyo takes a commission on every sale. Current rate appears when publishing and on the "Fees & Commission" page.
• Currency: HTG (Gourdes).
• Withdrawals: Request via creator dashboard; minimums and processing times appear on withdrawal page. We may ask for more KYC.
• MonCash Fees: May apply; we show them before you confirm.
• Disputes: If there is a payment dispute, we may hold funds until resolved.
• Taxes: Creators are responsible for their own taxes according to their country's laws.

7. Refund Policy

Purchases are generally final. We may refund if:

• double payment / clear fraud;
• course unavailable and not fixed within 72h of reporting;
• manifest error (e.g. empty file) not fixed within 72h.

Request within 7 days of purchase: admin@klasyo.com with transaction ID.

8. Buyer Rights & License

Buyer receives a personal, non-transferable license to view the course.

Prohibited: Account sharing, reselling, unauthorized downloading, public broadcasting, removing watermarks/anti-piracy measures.

We may use reasonable anti-piracy measures (e.g. watermarks, access monitoring).

9. Suspension & Termination

For serious/repeated violations, we may warn, remove, suspend or close accounts.

Funds may be blocked during investigation, especially if there are complaints/payment disputes.

10. Personal Data (Summary)

We process essential data to provide the service: Supabase (auth, DB/files), Umami (anonymous stats), Vercel (hosting).

Your rights: access, correct, delete, object. See Privacy Policy or email admin@klasyo.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Current version is always on this page; for major changes, we will provide important notification.

12. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms are subject to Haitian law.

Before court, seek amicable resolution via admin@klasyo.com. If no solution, handled by competent courts in Haiti.
