1. What is KYC?

KYC is identity verification to know who is selling on Klasyo—for security and trust.

2. Why verify?

Protect buyers, build credibility ("Verified Creator" badge).
More visibility in search; access to withdrawals & new features.
Compliant with Haitian law and international standards.

3. Documents to submit? (one is enough, plus selfie required)

ID Document: CIN, Passport, or Driver's License
Selfie with ID: hold ID near face; clear info; no sunglasses/hat; good light
Format: JPG/PNG, max 5MB
Tax ID (optional): NIF may be requested if withdrawing regularly.

Manual review by Klasyo team (24–72h)
Result by email: Approved · More proof needed · Rejected (with reason)
