1What is KYC?

KYC is identity verification so we know who is selling on Klasyo — for security and trust.

2Why verify?

  • Protect buyers, and build credibility ("Verified Creator" badge).
  • More visibility in search; access to withdrawals & new features.
  • Compliant with Haitian law and international standards.

3Documents to submit?

One identity document is enough, but a selfie is required.

  • ID document: National ID, Passport, or Driver's License.
  • Selfie with ID: hold your ID near your face; clear info; no sunglasses/hat; good lighting.
  • Format: JPG / PNG, max 5MB.
  • Tax ID (optional): may be requested if you withdraw regularly.

How we protect your documents
