When We Refund
- Double payment / clear fraud
- Course unavailable and not fixed within 72h of reporting
- Manifest error (e.g. empty file/wrong content) not fixed within 72h
Deadline & Process
Request within 7 days of purchase. Email admin@klasyo.com with Transaction ID, course title, and account email.
How Refund Works
Returned to original payment method (MonCash). Typical processing times apply.
What We Don't Refund
- Change of mind
- Content already consumed significantly
- Abuse
- Violation of Terms
