Refund Policy
Last updated: January 21, 2026
1) When we refund
We can refund only if all these conditions are met:
- You make the request within 7 days of purchase; and
- You have not consumed 50% of the course; and
- One of these cases occurs:
- Double payment or clear fraud
- The course is unavailable and the issue is not corrected within 72 hours of reporting
- Manifest error (e.g.: empty file, wrong content, content does not match) and the issue is not corrected within 72 hours of reporting
2) How we measure "50% consumed"
We measure your progress on the course on Klasyo like this:
- A video lesson counts as consumed when you watch at least 80% of the video.
- A PDF lesson counts as consumed when you open or download the document on the platform.
- A quiz lesson (if any) counts as consumed when you submit the quiz at least once.
If your total progress reaches 50% or more, the refund request does not qualify.
3) Deadline & Process
To request a refund, send an email to admin@klasyo.com with:
- Transaction ID
- Course title
- Account email
- A brief explanation of the issue (if applicable)
4) How refund works
- The refund is returned to the original payment method (MonCash).
- Processing time depends on the payment system and request verification.
5) What we do not refund
We do not refund for:
- Change of mind
- Content that is already 50% or more consumed
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
- Abuse / fraud / "refund farming"
- Violation of Terms of Use (CGU) or abnormal usage
6) Abuse protection (refund limits)
Klasyo may refuse a refund request if we notice a pattern of abuse (multiple repeated refunds, multiple accounts for the same person, or suspicious activity). Klasyo may ask for more verification before processing the request.
7) Payment disputes (claims)
If a user makes a claim or opens a dispute on the payment (e.g.: declares the payment unauthorized or asks MonCash to cancel/reverse the payment), Klasyo may pause the account, suspend access to content, and block any refund or payment until verification is complete. If the claim is confirmed as abuse or fraud, Klasyo may close the account and take other necessary measures.
See Terms/CGU for more details on platform usage conditions.
